Question 1

Do you only list broken websites?

Accepted Answer

No. A missing SSL certificate or dated design alone isn't a sales opportunity — the business might be closed, have no budget, or only be active on social media. We verify activity, commercial opportunity, and reachability signals together before counting an opportunity as qualified.

Question 2

Does deep scan (Playwright, Lighthouse) run on every site?

Accepted Answer

No. For cost control, an inexpensive lightweight scan runs first. The Playwright-based deep scan only triggers on opportunities that look qualified, or when the user explicitly requests it.

Question 3

Do you show the same opportunity to an unlimited number of users?

Accepted Answer

No, we don't sell lead lists. Opportunities are offered under shared, limited, or exclusive visibility models; how many users an opportunity is open to within your team or account, and its reservation period, is shown clearly — unlimited overlap is never allowed.

Question 4

Where do you find contact information?

Accepted Answer

We discover business contact information from public sources: our priority is the business's own website, official business profiles, and public corporate sources. We don't use purchased marketing lists. Every record is stored with its source, retrieval date, and confidence level; estimated and verified information are kept separate.

Question 5

Are emails sent automatically without my approval?

Accepted Answer

No. AI only prepares a message draft based on real findings; no email is sent without you reviewing and editing that draft. Sending happens only with your approval, one at a time, from your connected Gmail account — we don't offer automatic bulk sending or cold email sequences.

Question 6

How does billing and the trial period work?

Accepted Answer

You can try it free for 3 days with a credit card; you won't be charged during the trial. At the end of the trial you're automatically moved to the Starter monthly plan, and you can upgrade your plan or cancel your subscription at any time.
