1. Data controller
The data described in this privacy policy is processed by the party operating AgencyRadar. AgencyRadar is currently operated by an individual operator; once incorporated, the legal entity name, tax/business registration number, and full business address will be added to this page. For any requests regarding your data, you can use the email address in the contact section below.
2. What data we process
We process basic account information (name, email, organization name) and usage data generated while using the product (scan history, credit consumption, CRM records, AI-assisted outreach message drafts). When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google (name, email, profile picture). When public business contact discovery features are enabled, we also process public and legal-source business/contact information about the businesses you've scanned — this is not your data, it's data about the third-party businesses you're researching, collected only from public and corporate sources, and never from purchased marketing lists. This information is used only within the SaaS product, within the scope of your account.
3. Business data sources
Business and contact data is collected with the following priority: the business's own website, official business profiles (e.g. Google Business Profile), public social media pages, public B2B data providers that comply with their terms of use, and legal/accessible WHOIS/RDAP records only. Each record is stored along with its source, source link, retrieval date, and confidence level. Estimated information (e.g. an estimated corporate email) is marked separately from verified information, and this distinction is shown to the user in the interface. Personal emails or phone numbers are never scraped unlawfully; uncontrolled data collection that violates the terms of use of LinkedIn or similar platforms is not performed.
4. Payment data
Payment transactions are handled through our payment provider Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Sensitive payment information such as card numbers never reaches our servers; it is processed and stored directly by Paddle under its own privacy policy. On our side, we only keep billing-related summary information such as subscription status, plan, billing period, and credit balance.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies are used for session management and remembering preferences (e.g. theme, sidebar state). We do not currently use third-party advertising/tracking cookies.
6. Sharing of data
Your data is not shared with or sold to third parties beyond the subprocessors we use to provide the service (hosting, database, payment provider, email/AI infrastructure providers), except as legally required. Team members within the same organization can view that organization's opportunity and CRM data according to their role permissions; different organizations' data is isolated from each other at the database level (Row Level Security).
7. Retention period
Scan results and business/contact data are retained according to the retention periods specified in the relevant product modules and are updated or deleted at the end of those periods: lightweight scan results ~7 days, deep scan results ~14 days, business data ~14–30 days, contact data ~30 days, social media activity signals ~7–14 days. Account and billing data is retained for as long as your account is active and as required by our legal retention obligations.
8. Your rights under GDPR and applicable data protection law
Under applicable data protection law (including GDPR, where applicable), you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, request information about it if so, learn the purpose of processing and whether it's used consistently with that purpose, request correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing. You can reach us at the contact address below to exercise these rights; requests are answered within a reasonable time.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. You'll be notified of material changes via your registered email or within the product.
